The options are:
No open document,
Open a new document,
Open last open documents.

You find the options under Tools -> Preferences -> top of the General tab.

Hi!

Yes, you can set the HTML editor to open the same file each time upon startup. Most HTML editors allow you to set preferences or default files that will automatically load when the program starts. You might find this option under Settings or Preferences, where you can specify a default file or folder to open on launch.

If you're using a specific editor, check its documentation for detailed instructions on how to set this up.

In CoffeeCup HTML Editor, you can set a default file to open on startup by creating a custom workspace. If that’s not an option, you can use a simple script or shortcut that launches the editor with your file automatically.
