Alright, I'm pretty frustrated. My site is built, it previews well. Each time I try to upload the site the upload does not complete. It seems to stall on an image and then time out perhaps. The image it stalls on changes each time I try to upload.


Some of my site loaded correctly, but if you click on the book images on the main page you'll see many images did not load as well as hte white background on the rest of the pages.

Although I can't help with your upload issue, I'd like to bring to your attention the color of your text on your description pages is unreadable for the most part. I think maybe a brighter color or a solid color behind the text that is lighter would work a whole lot better as that black just doesn't do it. Same with your link colors, a less default color might look a lot nicer such as a light tan or white, something that goes better with your site colors rather than that bright default blue. Just suggestions of course, but the black really isn't readable without major eye strain

Good luck on the upload issue, if no one answers (which I'm sure they will) I would suggest putting in a support ticket so the team can get you rolling asap.

Have you ticked the passive mode box

Also try switching off your firewall for a short while while uploading

I had similar issues with VSD and now i switch off firewall every upload

Hey thanks so much! It worked, the site is up and running. and thanks for the design advice. I'll definately be doing some cleanup this weekend.

Now backgrounds are in place all the text is as you intended, unlike before

I would consider reducing page width so people Not using wide screen, do not have to scroll sideways
