We paid a web designer to create our pages and these were sent to us in HTML format. I simply want to add a couple of lines to the existing pages.

I opened up the file in Coffee Cup and then went to use the Visual Editor, none of the images appear. If I then try to add something and save the file, it uploads a version of the page that has no images also.

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Tania
This should be a simple fix if you can you provide a link to the website so we can check your code for the proper image url's?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

It probably a path issue. Files are either coded as absolute paths or relative paths.

Absolute = http://www.mysite.com/images/image1.jpg

Relative = /images/image1.jpg or images/image1.jpg

Not that relative paths on the server will be different then your PC.
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
