@ David; I copied and pasted those, and nothing happened. *sad face* Does that html need a closing tag? I pasted that code in right above my beginning table tag. Is this the correct place to put it?

Sorry, replace tour <table> tag with mine.

here is your code modified.

<table class="style1">
<tr>
<td><p><h3>Are you haunted by low back pain? Meet the Psoas!</h3> Before the infomation age, this part of our anatomy was hardly even heard of. Today, you can bet that every massage expert will refer you to information about this muscle. What you learn about it today may have a profound impact on the way you live your life.
<p/>
<p>If you are being treated by a doctor because of knee problems, hip problems, or pain in your low back, be sure to ask your doctor about this. He may even write you a prescription for

</td>
<td><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Psoas_major_muscle"/><img src="images/image2961.gif" width="200" height="250" alt="Picture of the Hip Flexor muscle" title="Take care of your Psoas!" border="0" align="right"
</td>
</tr>
</table>

place this before your </head> tag

Thanks. I'm gonna play with that for a little while. I can't seem to get any padding around the text in there, but it is a new start. I might just use a toned-down version of those colors!
I published it, just so I would have something there.

If you feel like it, go check out the site and tell me if you have any ideas about how I can clean up the structure there. The text on this page looks terrible!

I have been at the computer all day, and I think it's time for me to get a massage! lol.

<div class="psoascont">
<p>Low back pain and achy derriere muscles can be linked to a problem much deeper than a shifted vertebra. It is helpful that medical doctors and chiropractors are able to take x-rays, and see actual subluxations leading to pain in the spine, but the fact of the matter is that there is one critical element missing from the picture: soft tissue- and it could very well be the real culprit. While your body's primary hip flexor, the psoas (pron: so-as) muscle can be a ghost in an x-ray image, it can, given the right conditions, play a surprisingly evil role, which is capable of haunting us with some very real agony. For instance, problems like herniated discs, pelvic misalignment, popping and cracking joints, pifiromis symdrome, even some forms of scoliosis can be linked to this powerful muscle.</p>
<p>Knowing that your back hurts is one thing, but as always, the sooner you explore the problem and get to the root of it, the better. Try to pinpoint what kinds of actions are associated with the pain you are feeling. For instance, does your back ache the most after you have been sitting for a while? When you bend over a long time giving your dog a bath with the hose, is it difficult to stand up again? How about looking at the arch in your low back? Is it deep, like there could be a muscle pulling it to the front of your body? If you can answer yes to any of these questions, it may be time to talk with a massage therapist. Oftentimes, a person who spends a lot of time sitting can suffer from shortening of the hip flexors, but even athletes, especially runners, soccer, and basketball players can be subject to the wrath of repetitive hip flexion, without realizing the importance of proper stretching techniques pinpointed for this specific pair of muscles.</p>

I got no massage... I stayed right here and practiced the guitar! lol... I can't help myself :P

Hey, thanks for doing that! You are way too generous. How long does it take you to write that stuff? It takes me hours just to figure out the most simple thing! Now I can KIND of see where you're coming from. I really didn't know that you could code css like that without an external style sheet.

Very cool.

I would really like to have the text and the pictures to have the same margins, so it all just fits like a newspaper column, with a little padding around it. And I want to change that Simple Psoas Test to the Festival Font that matches the theme I have going with the site.

You have helped so much, and I can't tell you how thankful I am! I will see what I can get done with it tomorrow, after I do some things that don't involve so much sitting down!

Gianormous thank you! If you ever find yourself lost in Fartansburg (Spartanburg), SC, You have a Psoas release, on the house!

it should shrink with your container size, I didn't have your external css files, (though I probably could have gone out a gotten them :) put it us and let's see how it works out.

I work very hard to figure out how to get all traces of style out of web pages because I an fanatical like that :) this however took about an hour to do up, play around and test.

I'm in Northern Ontario Canada, so if I end up in South Carolina man I am really lost :)

You know, I just changed a couple little things, and I think it looks pretty good. I'm just going to go ahead and start writing some more content for the rest of the image map links.
I'll probably use your code for the rest of those pages, too! I don't think you can truly appreciate my level of appreciation!

You have a wonderful Wednesday evening, K?
