I need to make a picture into a google play link

rtsp://cdn.rbm.tv:1935/rightbrainmedia-live-39/_definst_/WBN

but the VSD program wont let me use it as a link what do I do?

Hard code it into a html box.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
