How do I rotate and object?

What exactly do you mean? While designing the page or have the object rotate on the page online?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

If you are using CSS3 you would use
And just change the deg to what you would like it rotated to.

And just change the deg to what you would like it rotated to.
