Ok, you gave us the version number...but what is the program called?
If you are using the Visual site designer, I think it makes the html pages when you save your site. It creates a .vnu file so the program can use it again, and in the same folder it will create a .vnu_website folder with your html pages and images. You should be able to put the html pages inside a folder, zip it and email it.
