Planning For Thousands of Images -...

I'm planning to build a VSD website for serious collectors to display their collections. There will be thousands of images to place on the site. I had planned to use Photo Gallery until I learned that the images would not show up to search engines since PG is a Flash object. What are my options to efficiently display this number of images which will show up to search engines?

A JQuery slider comes to mind.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

This is a site I built for my work.(RSD)

I did some research on available Jquery programs since I'm not an html type, hence VSD. It's interesting how many such programs there are available. Which Jquery programs would you recommend to work well with VSD?

They will all work with VSD. All depends on the features you want your slider to have. I know a lot of users like the WOW Slider.

I would look into some serious photo gallery programs. They're made to be sortable, expandable, searchable... You have almost unlimited choices with Jquery-based albums. You might also consider online storage/display so all those photos don't have to be loaded into the site.
