The best one was over Easter when my site was down for three days.
At the bottom of the ticket was the phrase 'We hope you have had a nice Easter'
Yes. Wonderful thanks. I've not had a message board over one of the most important weekends of the football season.
I'm deliriously happy thanks!
I wish you guys were here in the States, but this is likely too far for you. I am very happy with my host, Stormer Hosting, http://stormer.com . Minimal downtime (99.9% up) and incredible support. No canned answers to questions, either

I had the software working on my site for a few weeks then it stopped, sent a ticket to streamline and got this response...
"we have recently changed the way our Shared Servers handle Outgoing mail, this is in an attempt to cut down on the amount of Spam being sent out.
Every PHP Send Mail script must now include the ini_set ('sendmail_from', 'address@yourdomain') line in the script.
You basically need to put the FROM address in place of the 'address@yourdomain' and this will validate the Form mail and allow it to be sent."
Can what they are saying can this be added to the php form and if so which lines need editing please
Thanks
