no german keyboard - Post ID 11244
hi,
iam from germany and iam testing coffeecup form builder. its a nice program but i have a problem.
here in germany i get an @ sign with AltGr + Q.
at an english/american keyboard with shift + 2.
i made a form and it looks good (it was really easy with this proggi)
i put it on my server and everything works fine. only the the text field with the email adress.
i couldnt make the @ sign with AltGr + Q. Only with Shift + 2.
how can i change it ??????
the same problem is at the reply mail.
i wrote "glücklich" but in the email comes " glcklich"

I had the same problem with swedish keybord. I solved it by NOT checking the Transparent Background in Form Settings.

The transparent issue is a bug with FireFox. I bet it would have worked for you in IE. Jim had found this issue a while ago with his UK keyboard and he tracked it down to transparent issue with Flash and FireFox. Once he unchecked that, it worked.
Form Builder also supports UTF-8 encoding, so any character set will work. The can get changed on the server side however since PHP uses the default encoding the server is set too.
