For the last 20 years I have been providing hand-crafted, custom newsletters, mostly to small businesses. I have been planning to add an automatic function to my site (http://www.garponline.com called "Instant Author®" which would allow visitors to create their own low-cost. custom, electronic, hi-res, newsletter Masters. They'll have access to a selection of design templates and our extensive content library.

I was contemplating hiring a database & GUI programmer to build it using off-the-shelf components where possible, and writing them when not. Functions will include PayPal integration, database & report management, graphic text editor, PDF maker, eMail fulfillment, and so on. But then I saw that Coffee Cup seems to have most of the components I envisage being required, like...

The Web Editor
Web Form Builder
Visual Site Designer
Direct FTP
Shopping Cart Creator Pro
Shopping Cart Designer Pro.
Website Access Manager
Sitemapper

and possibly...

Web Image Studio
Animation Studio
Image Mapper
Ad Producer
Password Wizard
StyleSheet Maker
Firestarter

What I didn't see was...

Database Manager
PDF Maker
Report Manager
Email Fulfillment Manager

But here's the thing - although I have been my own Webmaster for yeah these last 17 years using Dreamweaver MX, and am a functioning HTML editor, I make no claims of being a super-expert. I was a custom database programmer back in the day (dBase III), but not since I moved on to producing bespoke publications.

So, although I can provide all the required images, I need someone to weld the required components together into a single, cohesive, attractive, easy-to-use application.

If you are interested and are able to help with this project, please let me know and I'll send you more info on what I have in mind.

I look forward to hearing from you.
