I use this one
http://screenshot-program.com/ and now I come to think of it - it could be that I picked it up originally as a Firefox addon such as Chad mentions, though I then bought the professional version which allows me to add a lot of content to the screenshot. Very useful for web developing when you are some distance from your client.
Following Chad's lead, you will see that there are lots of little applications available to add on in Firefox...

Thanks everyone for all your input, I'm back on vacation again so even though I have my computer with me I'll check more of these out after New Years so I "try" not to sit in front of this thing all day like I'd really like to LOL, guess I should spend time with the family too

Use the free evaluation version of SnagIt for a month or so. Afterwards, you can decide whether or not you might care to purchase it. It's very flexible and versatile, and it is relatively inexpensive, unless you want everything to be "free."
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
