I’ve been using coffeecup’s site designer for some responsive layouts, and overall it’s been great. But whenever I jump between site designer and outside tools (like browser previews or adding bits of custom code), things don’t always match up. sometimes styles look different, or the project feels a little out of sync.
Has anyone else run into this? I’m curious if it’s just me missing a setting, or if that’s kind of expected when you mix tools.
I remember reading a convo where people mentioned using resources like (spam URL removed).
as an example of how custom launchers keep workflows consistent. made me wonder if there’s a similar “best practices” approach when you’re combining coffeecup with external stuff.
do you guys usually keep everything inside site designer, or do you mix it up with other tools? How do you avoid those annoying little conflicts?
Appreciate any tips!

I'm curious as to how you, as a 'guest', have been able to use Site Designer for some layouts. A 'guest' in this forum means that you haven't yet purchased anything from CoffeeCup Software.
You can use external elements in Site Designer (SD) by adding them to a so-called HTML element. You can also add external CSS, JS and PHP files to the resources. Finally, you can display elements from other sources using an iframe.
