I bought the citrus theme website and after extraction all i see is a wisp and a cct file both of which i have no idea what do with. Any ideas here... how i get things rolling?

A .CCT file is for our HTML Editor and the .WISP is for Web Image Studio.

With the cct file do the following: Open the HTML Editor and choose New from Theme/Layout.
Then in the dialogue box find the Add button and click, then browse to your cct file. Afterwards you'll find it in My Themes.

There will be a similar procedure, I guess, with the other file, but as I don't have Web Image Studio installed where I am now, I can't tell you step by step.

I just bought and downloaded Web Image Studio and a bunch of WISP graphic files, but the program doesn't recognize the files - only jpg or png?
Above you say that Web Image Studio opens WISP files!!!!
What's happening?

Hiya Olafur, did you double click the files to install them? The files that the program opens are .wif not the .wisp files. The .wisp files are basically a zip file of all the .wif files.

Just double click the .wisp files you have and it will install them to the right location for you.

Once installed you should be able to navigate to those files in this area: (if the Web Image Studio program doesn't do it right away for you, can't remember if it automatically is setup to that location or not)

Documents/CoffeeCup Software/Web Image Studio/name of folder that you're wanting to go to (icons, buttons, etc.)

Hi Jo Ann - thanks for the reply. Unfortunately double-clicking wisp doesn't work. It just opens up Adobe Photoshop Elements 10, which doesn't recognize the wisp file format. Can't seem to be able to turn that feature off, double-clicking always opens up APE.

I tried opening the wisp files in another PC, but just got an error message that this format was not recognized.

If these are zipped files, why don't you just zip them instead of using this peculiar format?

I already spent $70 on graphics and Web Image Studo - would hate to ask for a refund .
Any suggestion for a solution?

Since I haven't used WIS very much, this may be wrong, but have you tried right-clicking a wisp file to see if there are unzip options?

All I do is click once and they install.
Do you have Web Image Studio installed correctly. Maybe reinstalling will fix it.

Right-clicking makes it possible to try to open the file with Web Image Studio, but it won't work.
Right-clicking provides the possibility to compress the file (rar) but uncrompressing it just returns the originial Wisp file.

I really don't get it why the Wisp files won't unzip. CoffeCup must be able to provide a solution.
Can it have anything to do with Windows 7?

Olafur - Don't think it's an issue with WIN 7 (although it always could be), I use W7 - 64 bit and all is fine. I'd really recommend you go to your support section and submit a support topic. Provide as much info as you can about your issue, as well as info about your system. I'm pretty sure that someone on staff will be able to end your frustration, but it seems to be above our user to user help level.
