I waited to see if you get any replys. You say you use Coffee Cup so if that is the Visual Sit Designer or the HTML Editor there are templates that just about do the job for you.

You will probably find a number of members quite capable of assisting you in your endeavour. But it is your site and no one will ever know your requirements better than you. You may not find someone in your neck of the woods but this is the internet we are talking about.

I would suggest you start with The Visual Site Designer. It produces professional sites very easily with a shallow learning curve. At sometime you will have to work on the site yourself or pay through the nose for mods to it.
