I created a page where I have a vertical menu on the top and and a horizontal menu on on the bottom. I gave the a:hover a background color. It works fine in IE but in FF it works on the bottom horizontal menu but not in the top vertical menu. I need help in figuring out how to make it work.

Also, in the bottom menu it looks like there is a remnant of the right hand side bar I used on the top menu. I thought I got rid of it when I created #ulbot for the bottom menu. Why is it there and how do I get rid of it.

I fixed the border problem on the bottom menu but the top problem is still there!!
