I'm loving Coffee Cup but have one pesky complaint.

Isn't it possible to make "Code Wrap" be ON Permanantly?

If that's not possible, has anyone figured out a keyboard shortcut?

I'm going to make an assumption here that you're talking about the HTML Editor since you didn't say which program. If so then yes. Open the preferences and toggle it on.
