I do the website for a very small village with a 25 unit campground. There is a 'host' who lives at the campground & people can pay her or at the village hall. Reservations usually come into the village hall & most of the summer there are openings, so 'walk-ins' are welcome-they usually check-in with the host. The village clerk thought it would be great if there was a chart (like an Excel spreadsheet, he said) that they could pull up at the office & that she could also see at the campground. I created a quick speadsheet & saved it as an .html file & he said, looks great, but how do I edit it online.
Is there a way to make a table or something that is interactive/can be saved by 2 or 3 users while it is still online. It should not be visible to the general public because it will have the names of those in the sites.

Eric, thank you so very much, I was very excited that it would be that easy! But after I signed up for windows live, I didn't get the verification email. so I checked back here & saw Inger's post about google docs.

Inger, thanks, it is up & working in just minutes, now tomorrow I'll get the host's email address & add her. I really didn't think it would be this easy. If I did, I would've checked google, cause I used it to create a calendar for our son's baseball team, so parents could upload it to their smart phones & everyone loved it. Google is cool
