Inserting a doc in a css theme/layout...
Is it possible to code a css to bring in a doc that will always have the same name but content will change?
Im revamping a friends website while trying to make it easily updated by secretarys by uploading documents using the same name as one existing on site so that new info is atumatically pulled up on the page without changing the html code.
Im using cc html editer and one of the css theme/layouts that came with the program and have what I call three frames(for lack of a better discription although I guess they are really div) one large frame/div for the main info a sidebar and a links section for info on that page
for a look at a simular page check out http://www.foxtroupe.com/classes.html this is not the page Im needing this to work for but has the same layout
Thanks for any help given, my experience in web site building is what I would call advanced amatur(IE I do have some experience but not an expert)

sry forgot to spell check before posting:rolleyes:
if in the html you have in pull in a file say, myfile.txt then whenever they change the file myfile.txt and upload it to the site, it will update the webpage.
use an include virtual statement enclosed in <pre></pre> tags.
or
Set them up with a copy of CC Calender Creator
or
Create the file in word or excel and export it as HTML, then link to the page with the menu.
CSS is for styling, color, layout, form, etc, HTML is for content.
once you get some code for us to see I might have some more specific ideas
