Ernie, sorry I'm late to the party. I have to have an older version of SD installed for some work I'm doing, so this had to wait.

As far as I can see, the only thing missing is a 'yes'., see attached. Well that, and the form is also expecting a 'thanks.html'.

Inger,

I made a component and put the form in it's own project instead of send an entire website project to you or Eric.

I guess I missed the value when I built one from your form file. It works now.

I still need to know how to do this in WFB. I have a form that needs this added.

Thanks for the help.

I'm not the expert here, but I think I would do it like shown in the attachment. You find the option 'agreement' when clicking on the wee 'list' to the right of + and - Then use the - to do away with the options you don't need.

If this is wrong, I'm sure Eric will chime in...

You need a value in your checkbox.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Eric,

Inger let me know that a little earlier and that form is now working. I'm on to the second part of this trying to get a checkbox to work in WFB and I think I have it fixed.
I do appreciate your help as always.

Got it working in both forms. I did have to do little experimenting with what to put in for the value in WFB and then edited what is displayed to get it to look like I wanted it to look.

Thanks for all the help.

Update:
This worked great (the WFB checkbox) since yesterday until this morning. The form just got five SPAM submissions and the checkbox was clicked. These submissions looked like they were filled out by a robot but maybe that's not what is happening.

I guess I'll have to try the V2 recaptcha and see what happens with that.

I decided to try a word match like Eric suggested in this https://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-form-builder/submission-spam/?post_id=287701#post287701 .

I made the 'Are you human' in purple text and placeholder 'What color is the text'.

Maybe that will work.

Maybe you are having the same 'Russian invasion' that I'm having these days. I'm in charge of a forum (didn't build it, though), and over the latest week or so I've had some 5-7- new requests for membership every day. Nearly all of them from Russia, some with just different user names but the same mail addresses, so clearly this is not what we want. Good luck!
