Image mapper error - Post ID 218224
I am managing a team of folks who are mapping diagrams for my client. One of them get the error message "No image map was found in the HTML file. Please verify your html file." I believe she is saving them properly.
I get the same error when I try to to open them for her. Here is her message to me:
"I checked the files in Coffee Cup by re-opening them after saving, but when I went to open them up again the next day, it yet again says there's no image map. However, I checked the code of the html files in Notepad and in Dreamweaver and they both are pointing to the right source image, and in Dreamweaver, all the areas are all there and mapped."
I have attached the html and jpeg. Please let me know if you have enough information that can help us solve this issue.

I am trying to attach an html file. can I do that?
I'm not sure, but you may need to change the file extension to .txt to be able to attach it to a post...

actually, there seems to be mixup in my post. somehow Iam also hearing from Scott, so I sent the file to him. I think he is working on the problem.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
