I have the latest version of Visual Site Designer. One evening I had uploading my new site, the next evening I had added an additional two pages only to have an error when I try to upload it directly from the VSD. The error reads just as what this thread title says. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

What is the rest of the error message after 'cann'?

Have you tried Resync Website? You find it under Settings.
