I tried putting both in one column and floating them but it was kind of tricky so I tried splitting into two columns and putting each in it's own column. That worked out well with a little margin adjustment on the text link.

All of the footers were a little different than the History page so instead of rebuilding all the other pages I just copy and pasted the code to the other pages. They all look the same and look good.

I'll have to remember to build a page template on the next layout that I build so I don't have that issue again.
