I have a form on my website that allows readers to send in Pictures and Info about themselves but I'm a VERY Novice webmaster when it comes to PHP or any kind of scripts. Basically, Anything more than HTML and I'm stuttering...

I have the source code and the will but would creating a new php script to process this form data be very hard?

If anyone could help with this, I'd be most appreciative and I thank you all in advance!!

It would be possible to recreate the form in CC Form builder. Then you'd also make it work.

But if you don't want to do that, there will be php savvy people in here who can help.

Also... I would like to make the main box to have options similar to what's in the header of this box I'm typing in right now, (Minus the Smilies)

Just thought I'd throw that out there and Im willing to pay someone to set me up with a form similar to what is existing where pics can be uploaded and where the type can be "customized" with different options such as in the header of this box.

Also, I'm wanting to learn this so that I can duplicate these throughout my site (with Minor Variations that I will be able to do myself) and I'm ready to pay someone to get me rolling.

Just out of curiosity, why is it that you don't think the form you have won't work when you change nameservers? It's just google code that you should be able to put on the site no matter where you host it at. (I'm assuming it's the little google search form since I don't see any other form on that page)
