I apologize for this post. Evidently while I was posting this question Bill R was answering it under my original post entitled "Angled Picture Problem".
If I knew how I'd pull this question from the site.

I posted a question and someone asked if I could include a visual image to illustrate my problem.
When I originally posted the question I "attached" a jpeg showing the problem, but it didn't come up as an image at the bottom of my question. I've seen other people able to add a visual that appears along with the question without having to download an attached image.

Can anyone explain how I can include an image with my question so people reading my text can also be simultaneously viewing the image?

On the right hand side you will see a list of "Shortcuts". What you do is upload the image to your server and then use the image tag on the right hand side to display it.
