It sounds like you've got things buttoned up well on your sites end.

If the issue comes up you'll simply just have to try and explain that you only are in charge of your slice of the internet and you have no control over where people go on the internet or what they do when they get there.

SEO is a really hard concept for some people to grasp (I expect many are the same ones who send their name, SSN, address, and DOB to nigeria because the email said they could get 30% of 1.75 million USD and they have to be great people they signed off with God Bless You). So good luck.

One other thing you can and should do is add:

<META NAME="ROBOTS" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">


to the <head> element of any page you don't want Google to index (any secured pages should also have this tag).

Google and Bing won't index the pages with this tag in the header, but not all search engine bots are as polite and well behaved so you'll still need to be aware of the sites content, etc. as well.
