Has anyone used "RIch Snippets"? -...

I'm interested in adding what they call microdata rich snippets to my main page, which I understand can help highlight certain things in the search results. Have any of you used this?

Seems like they have them for products but left them out for SERVICES.

With my page at http://DenverProcessServers.net/
I'm interested in highlighting a cross between people in general, and services. For example, without using my name:

I have 7+ years experience, have worked over 10,000 cases since 2006, am a Member of NAPPS and PSACO and will personally perform all of your serves. Covering 675 square miles of the Denver area.

I'm just not sure how to work that into a rich snippet format, and they also say to modify the xml headers, which I know pretty much nothing about. I keep biting off more than I know how to chew, with this stuff, but such is the nature of a SOHO. :)

If you have the HTML Editor latest version, these snippets have been built into it. Personally I haven't used them yet.
Hey, I seem to remember you under a different surname. Have you married? :)

Some good info from Google's Webmaster Tools:

See also the info about microformats:

I haven't checked out the new stuff in the Editor yet... this seems like a nice feature.

Look, now Google Webmaster Tools include a service helping you to add any kind of structured data to your website! You can find it at this internet address: https://www.google.com/webmasters/markup-helper/

I know there are articles out there about it, but was wondering if anyone here has personally used it.

It appears to have a category for products, but not for services.

I'm also concerned about screwing up my SEO if I do it wrong.

I haven't tried to use this yet. I had a glance at the Google page and the Schema stuff in the Editor, but like you, I don't see a categorie that makes sense for me. I tried 'local business' on the Google example, but that didn't seem right either.
Seems odd, with all the service-oriented businesses that exist. :/

It would be nice to hear from someone who has actually put this in place :)
