I have created a form using the form builder program and embedded it onto my page - it shows up great when I do the preview, but it does not load to the internet. Anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hiya Steven,

Did you upload it? Do you have a link we can take a look at?

As well as a link, if you could describe the steps you took to embed it? It sounds like the xml file isn't there.

The xml isn't there, but it has been uploaded...... I also have a contract form on another page of the website that I built and uploaded exactly the same way - and it works fine. Here is the link:

Steps:

I built the form using the form builder program I bought here.

I saved it - at the save point - I copied to clipboard

I opened my designer page to the place where I wanted to add the form

I clicked the little lightning strike on the toolbar

I clicked on the page and it opened up a browser - I put the form in, centered it correctly

then uploaded it - I have tried using an external FTP, I have used the upload button, I have used the resync application in the designer software.....

nothing...... The page just looks like it is continually loading.

Here is a link to another form I did that worked:

It seems to be the file 'model_questionnaire.swf' that is missing. The xml file is there at the correct location.

Maybe you forgot to add the swf file in VSD under 'Add files'?

And BTW Steven, I had a look around your site and noticed that in your gallery, where you have the various categories like Models, Seniors, Children etc, the link from 'Seniors' opened the Models page. I was thinking that those 'seniors' were certainly looking nothing like myself... ;)

That was it! It was the .swf file! Thanks tremendously - that was perfect!

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
