New to form builder, inserted code into html page and it shows "object". Not sure where the script code should be placed on the page. all pc's successfully uploaded to the server, but when i preview page in cc editor it shows the word as above mentioned.

Without the link to your form, I can't really say what the issue is. Did you check to make sure you also uploaded the swfobject.js file to your server?

Was this a "local" preview? or did you upload to the server and view it "live" as other visitors to your site would? If it was a "live" testing a link would be most helpful for folks here to try to help you.
