Currently experiencing an issue with this form. It is set to take you to a third party gateway for payment processing after submitting the form. What actually happens is that the form just disappears off the page and you never go to the gateway.
The form was working previously on an older server. The new server is similar to the old, just newer. I have checked and everything that can be updated on the server is in fact updated. I have uploaded the the files multiple times to the server, but nothing seems to help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Are you using Web Form Builder for your form?
Is your new server set to PHP 8 or above?
If so
check with the hosting service if they still have previous versions of PHP if so set it to PHP 7 anything except PHP8
Web form Designer is due (apparently) for an update sometime in 2024 the update will include PHP8 for Forms
