I made some forms for my site 3 - 4 years back with the form builder software...think it was called flash form builder or something back then,,,,,now web form bulider, I believe.

Anyway, all is fine but I had one user who said he say "nothing" but a little box in the corner when he tried to view the page where my form is.

He told me he had XP, blah blah.

What could he be missing that would prevent him from seeing the form?

Is there an add on required he needs to download? THANKS.

Things that could produce that are:
Missing or outdated flash on that pc,
Security settings way too high, so flash never works,
Things like flash turned off, or an interruption in the download of the web page

If they have a different browser installed, have them try to view the web page with it. Also, if you post a link here, maybe we can have a look with different browsers in case we can see what's causing the issue.

No flash is what instantly came to mind when he told me....this guy is the only problem so far and he's no Jeopardy champion.

Let me ask though...would the software prompt a user to download flash if it isn't installed?

Depending on if you use the 'Fix for Active Content in I.E.' If that is unchecked, then yes the software should prompt for updating the flash, and it is supposed to either way...but like anything else, not always dependable.
Do you have the "fix for I.E." box checked? If you do, then maybe his machine does not support javascript (he has it turned off?) and that will cause the script to fail.

The dog is a mixed breed, half Husky, half Rottie. Those colours are still growing in, and changing even after 4 years. She is my "helper dog" (self titled and trained by me) and she makes sure I get plenty of exercise and still loves to fetch me my boots, hat, gloves, her leash and anything else as long as she gets her walks. By far the smartest dog I've ever owned.

Did you post a link to that form? I can have a look at the code to see if anything stands out.
