I am very much a amateur when it comes to making a website but I have been able to hack togeather some sites that serve their purpose.

I have just updated a website that we use for a local horse show circuit...it is located at enhsc.com

Towards the end of the page are three links to horse show bills that are in pdf format, at times these need to be updated, changed, etc. My problem is that I beleive that my computer has a cached copy of the pdf somewhere becuase when I open from the link on the webpage I get an old version but when open directly from an FTP connection I get the correct version. If this happens to me I worry that it will happen to others. Is there anyway to force a new download each time the link is selected or any other suggestion as to how I fix this?

To test if it is your cache, you can do a "tools-clear history" in your web browser or try "F5."
I usually have to go through the "tools" menu for mine.

There is a meta-tag that some have tired, I do not have quick access to it right now, that's suppose to control the cache.
Someone else can probably get that for you.
