Hi Guys,
I am currently redesigning my webpage using CoffeeCup and have one feature I think would be really beneficial. I want my 'Contact Us' image to float so that when somebody scrolls down the contact image stays visible. I have an example webpage here http://www.techsmart.ie/computer_repair/computer_repair_services.html.
I think I have seen something similar with Google maps.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers,
Cathal
Floating Image code - Post ID 160402
Hi Cathal, I didn't see anything floating on the example you gave.
Check out my VSD site in my signature. There's an example in there that can be used with any editor.
It's called fixed or floating nav.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Are you saying that the contact us image in the example stays fixed? In firefox it does not - don't know about other browsers.
The Stu Nicholls example Tom gives is good (www.cssplay.co.uk) and he has a great selection of other tricks with css which are worth looking at.
