I am helping a friend with a web site. I used CC to build my site with very few problems but he wants to do something I'm having trouble with. I want a video to automatically start when the site is hit. At the end of the video I want it to take the viewer to another page that has been created using Coffee Cup.
Now I know how to put the video as a start action using the video builder, but according to VP at Coffee Cup the video program will not let me create that end action. It has been suggested to use a third party
program like easy flu. I bought that and did follow the instuctions, added files, added the end action, copy the generation HTML into the HtML add box. When I preview I get the page offset and a video message says that flash player may not be installed on my browser, so I added it. That didn't help and the error said it could be that the files were not available.
Is there an easier way to do this for a dummy like me? I don't care if I have to pay for another program as long as I can simply get it to function in my CC software. Thanks -Thom Baker

Did you check to see if the files are on the server? Did you ask the third party vendor for assistance? Do they have a forum?
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
