I believe there's no software involved, only a service they provide. Although, I've never tried it out myself, so I really shouldn't talk.

My Question is this: I have convinced my client to pay the $49.00 for the full report and was under the impression that the full report would include the main pages of the site (only three necessary). Now that I get to the order form I see that the first page seems to be all that is included in the $49.00. Is that correct?

Or is what is written on the pages that advertise the report correct. The second page noted below says: "Everything about your Top 5 pages is broken down into over 90 factors".

PS: When I said Three Necessary, that was the bare minimum. The site does include the Main "index.html and five subordinate pages that are really important. They are the ones that describe the real story of the site. Below they are listed in their relative importance.
