Can the Coffee Cup HTML Editor design an index.php page? Or is it only suited for html pages?

The only issue you should have with the HTML Editor with PHP editing is that you cannot preview it without the use of a local server like xamp or wamp (not sure if I spelled them right lol). If you install one of those and set it up you will have a great editor for PHP
