Hello

I have looked all over the forums here and i am unable to find the answer i am looking for. I am trying to put a "Customer Review" section on my page. The ideal design would be a comment box and a 5 star rating. After the comment is made and the star rating selected, the comment and rating will show up on the site.

i haven't been able to find any widgets for this or really anything at all. thanks for your help.
