Ya, that's what Ive been doing waiting on your responce. It is working great!!! I now have to go back to the other examples I downloaded and figure out why they didn't work. I am the type that has to figure stuff out- exspecially when I never read a book on these IT launguages, lol.

I know this hogansbassets.com site seems kinda well insignificant, but have you ever tried to find a 'Shot Record" for a dog. The ones you can find are crap. So I'm just doing this so everyone has a place to get a nice one and If they like they can customize it with all the information and even a photo of thier dog on it. If you want to see the non-custom one it's at hogansbassets.com/ShotRecordBackground.html
I'm going to remove the "Medications" colume on the right and replace it with the Dog's Image/else leave if no image uploaded.
The next thing is to get rid of that stupid popup telling how to set up the page for a good print. But I already have the java to do that - just not enought time while driving the truck around the country

Ok Tomalicious: here is the help you provided...
The site has a default Shot Record hogansbassets.com/ShotRecordBackground.html
and the help you provided allowed me to use a form created by CC, to take the information they provide and they get this instead of the default hogansbassets.com/CustomShotRecord.com

Now I have to get the Java in to set the page for a good print for those who don't know how.
Get the DB to retrieve submitted forms for updating.
And put in the script to resize the image to fit the correct size I specified.
Also want to strip out Owners info for new mailing list - new DBtable to create

But getting there. Again thanks for the help.

P.S.: I was looking for a photo frame creator, but the one I found seems perfect for creating Gallary Templates for CC - It's Called *Frame Photo Editor*, makes big ones not usefull for what I was looking for but anyway there it is - free.
