Does anybody know where I can find a program to convert a AVI format file to a WAV format and rotate it by 180 degrees? (Windows Movie Maker doesn't work for me.)

This is probably a one-off and the AVI file is 12 MB.

VLC will do the rotate, and save in a number of formats. But not WAV. Do you really need WAV? Or will another format do?
