WOW! There are so many ways to train an octopus! I will be spending some time with these options, for sure. I am now caught up with a pile of administrative fires to put out, and will go through all of these methodically.

Janys, I used your code and css to get the exact results I am after. The footer was a grand idea. That has been giving me fits for a while.

Oh oh..... can I have two different style sheets with different names? As long as the pages point to the style sheet that I want them to, it should work, shouldn't it? I am just hoping to go this route till I have more time to clean things up.

Yes, you can use as many stylesheets as you want in an html document. Keep in mind that the order you place them in, in conjunction with on another is important. If you have any conflicting styles then the last CSS file in your <head> will be used.
