Cannot save on VSD - Post ID 161281

I'm adding more pages and content to one of my sites but when I come to saving the work, an error message appears stating 'The changes could not be saved'! What??? Please - I've just wasted an hour adding several pages that could not be saved and have to redo them. Any help most appreciated! I've never encountered this before!
