My friend is new to CC and we went through the process of purchasing VSD and want to install it on her new laptop. The problem is when we (both her account and my account) try to sign on to CC using the new laptop, it simply bounces us back to the CC home page with no reference to errors, etc. This happens in both Chrome and Explorer. It does not sign us in. I have non idea why it is doing this. Any help out there?

I tried all that was suggested - none of it allowed me to access the website. After a couple of hours of searching - found a Microsoft support article that said to check to make sure date and time on computer were correct. That did it. I don't understand it - but it worked. Thanks.

I 'think' that Chad was having similar, or maybe the same problem... If you skim through his posts, you might find an answer. Here's his profile, just click on the "View All Posts" link under his picture. http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/users/414501/

Did you try removing chrome and doing a fresh install. I would think it could be a local setting in the browser that's causing the problem. Try adjusting some settings.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
