I recently upgraded my Visual Site Design. Even though all my links worked before, now when I link to a document, VSD strips out the file name, so that the link doesn't work on the site. I am having to go through and put a manual http pointer in all the broken links.

Can anyone help?

I would suggest you open a support ticket for this issue please. We need a bit more information.
