I would like to create a slideshow with 6 images that has a zoom effect.
Which software program is best to accomplish this task?

Thanks for your help.

What exactly do you mean by "zoom effect"? Do you want the image to get larger upon the user clicking the picture?

I don't want the viewer to interact at all. I just want the images to
transition automatically with a zoom effect on each image. I've
seen it referred to as the "kenburns" effect.

Thanks for your speedy reply.

There is not CoffeeCup program that uses this effect. I know that photoshop premier uses this effect, and I have used it to create video photo presentations, but I know of no viewer that would employ this effect.

I don't know if CC Firestarter has this built in effect or not. There are a lot of Flash programs that have this effect built in without knowing actionscript. Try the Free trial version of Firestarter to find out. :)
CoffeeCup... Yeah, they are the best!

I am almost positive it does not have the effect. But, it still does not hurt to download the trial version to see as Tom suggested. :D

Try Swishmax. It has hundreds of transitions for flash slideshows. Build your own in Swishmax or they also have a slideshow program. Try the trial

Have a look at Firestarter but if that doesn't have it I just came across this:

I know you believe you understand what you think I said...but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not exactly what I meant.
