Do you mean you're looking for a free web hosting service that supports ASP?
I haven't looked in a while, but there are sites like these that list/compare free services:

My experience with such free hosting services is that you can't rely on them. I used one once, and after 6 months it suddenly died a quiet death and was no more heard or seen. No warning notice to the customers.

Yeah, they're definitely hit or miss, mostly miss. I tried a few before shelling out the dough. After giving in though, getting speed, features and reliability for about $6 a month was so worth it.

i tried to select and register but in the end they ask for money..
