I have menus built using this application and some users of the web site only see a plus [+] sign. most see it fine. Any suggestions or insight

I think you will find this is a browser issue rather than a programme issue. I created some menus a while back using Applet Navigation Factory and found similar problems. It turned out that browsers were the culprit. All I can suggest is try out yourapplet menu on as many diffeerent browsers as possible to see if everything looks OK before you upload.

I don't think that CC produce this application any more, however, they will and do still offer support for it. I suggest you take a look at their help files http://care.coffeecup.com/support/index … up=default or if you can't find what you are looking for send them an email. However, I still think this is an Browser issue.
