I use Techsmith's Camtasia (www.techsmith.com), which is perhaps best screen motion capture tool out there but it's not cheap, $299! Camtasia lets you export in a wide range of formats, including Flash.

Another solution, which is cheaper ($59) is PPT2Flash Standard ($59.95) from Wondershare (www.wondershare.com). Although I haven't used it, I do use their quiz creation software and it's good value for money.

In both cases, you can add a narration to your Powerpoint.

Depending on which version of powerpoint you are using. A quick way to get a presentation on your web site if you are using the 2007 version and have enabled saving as a pdf for the office 2007 suite(free download for licensed users) is just to save your presentation as a PDF file...then link to this file. One caveat is that this allows users to download your presentation when they access. They also must have a "pdf" reader installed. Sometimes this is desirable other times not.
