Adding a Form Builder form to Visual...
Hi,
I created a relatively simple site that uses forms created in CoffeeCup Web Form Builder. Until recently, all worked well but after making a few changes to the site (not to any of the forms) a few days ago, my forms no longer appear on my website. Instead, I get a simple text message stating "Form Object" where the form should be.
I loaded each form into Visual Designer by first saving it in Form Builder, selecting the option of copying the HTML code to the clipboard, selecting the button to insert a Flash Object in Visual Designer and clicking the place on the page where I want the form to appear. Although a box the size of my form then appears on the page (as it did before), I can't see the form either in preview mode or after re-publishing my site.
Suggestions? Thanks,
J-M

The issue is the swfobject.js file is missing on your server:
http://icao-aelte.org/swfobject.js
Just upload that file and it will correct the problem.

Didn't work: found the swfobject.js file on my site server in the same folder as my forms. Uploaded the file again then tried the site: no change.
Not sure what to do with the URL you included in your last message.

Your for is located in the root folder of your server. It must be accessible here at http://icao-aelte.org/swfobject.js Until that file is on your server in that location, you will get the Form Object message.
You can also just turn this option off in Form Builder if you like. Go into the Configure Form Builder > Advanced Tab and uncheck the "Fix for displaying active content".
