Is there a way to sort the User Permissions Pane in alphabetical order? Also is there a file that I can access in WAM so that I can maintain a spreadsheet or email a list of Usernames and Passwords?

The permissions are cannot be sorted. You can maintain a excel document with your usernames and password and then just export it to a txt that you can import back into access manager. Refer to the documentation for the proper way to format the txt file.
