I would like to set up folders so that members of our group could post game images, movies, etc. However, I would like for those files to be visible (as in read-only) if members want to post them on a website. In other words, I would like members to have to use the username/password to upload, but the content could be viewable WITHOUT having to use the username/password. Is this possible, or am I completely crazy? Or is there another program capable of that? TIA. :)

By the sound of it, what you need is a CMS site. CoffeeCup has no prog. for such a site, but you can find free ones out there. Google for Content Management systems (CMS).

This site was made before we were able to create components through the app:
Component sharing for RFF, RBB, RSD and SD: https://eikweb.com/sharing/
My work in progress right now:
Components for the same as above + HTML Editor: https://mock-up.coffeecup.com
